Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging which can take an additional 1-3 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our
warehouse to the destination.
- If located in the United States estimated shipping times are around 7 business days, although actual shipping times may vary.
- If located outside the United States estimated shipping times are 12 - 14 business days, although actual shipping times may vary.
- Please be aware that orders shipped to the Hawaiian Islands may require additional transit time.

- The shipment of your order is our highest priority and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are internationally based, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next-day delivery.
- Please note that all orders are automatically processed and shipped out after placement. Once the order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.
- If a customer needs to change the shipping address, we may be able to hold the order ONLY if it has NOT been shipped out from the warehouse. However, this will incur a 30% restocking fee and will also postpone the shipment. Please make sure the address provided is correct and available to receive the order.
